What
This PR adds the base for the SMA Tripower CAN protocol, needed to emulate a "SMA Home Storage battery" over CAN bus
Why
To add compatibility for "SMA Sunny Tripower Smart 5.0-10.0 SE" inverters
How
This is just a starting point, we might need a CAN-log from a running system to fill in the blanks in most CAN messages
