Windows

cd your_directory

pip install -r requirements.txt

Run the NGNC.exe

Linux

cd your_directory

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

chmod +x NGNC

./NGNC

WORKS ONLY WITH PYTHON 3.5 AND ABOVE
