Main release after major code sanitization

  • code migrated to run under arduino-espressif32 core v1.2.0
  • code sanitization: all functions now modularized in separate .cpp / .h
  • bugs fixed in payload converter (missing bit shifting, caused wrong values in cayenne)
  • new function: beacon proximity alert (experimental, yet to be refined, but already functional)
  • new function: 4 different payload encoders, selectable in paxcounter.conf (e.g. Cayenne LPP)
  • payload decoder code for TTN added (in /src/TTN)
