For applications where pyopmnearwell is used to generate many data and the quantities of interest are only located in the summary vectors (i.e., SMSPEC, UNSMRY), then set the flag
-w noto avoid writing EGRID, INIT, and UNRST. The docs are also updated, in addition to fix the co2eor examples, and adding the citation and publications.
