Which issue does this PR close?
When evaluating column boundaries of filter predicates datafusion only supports non-null intervals.
However, in DQE we convert
eqoperators intoIsNotDistinctFromoperators which support null values and, subsequently, have nullable column bounds. This PR tries to handle this issue by converting between these two interval types.Closes #.
