Updates

  • separate helper functions from the main function
  • add internal data
  • remove directory dependencies
  • added new diseases + filter only neurological
  • updated first tab UI
  • updated dependencies

In readme

  • added diseases list + demo command line

To Do

  • specify packages version
  • add licence file

Remaining errors :

  • in cox tab : the multimodal model without SV second table and plot are not functional due to error associated with these two variable : "cox_reg.mul1" and "res.std_mul1"
