Improvements to the website

Requests from my end -

• Please provide links to designs of Donut, Codebadge and Spansberry projects
• Please suggest fonts for the headings
• Please provide headings for all sections
• Please Provide Testimonials
• Please Provide Updated Descriptions and pics for contributors in the Teams section
• Please Provide coloured icons for collaborate sections.
• Please provide content for "Help our Interns" in the Collaborate section
• Please provide content for "Wants to know about Codeuino Founder?" section of the footer

Stuff yet to be implemented

• Twitter Feeds, waiting for response and decision.
• Medium Blog section
• Testimonials section
• Get Involved Section

Most of this stuff will be implemented in the coming PRs. To keep this manageable.

Misc Changes in this PR

• Down scaled images for 4k like resolutions (~5 MB file size) to around 720p (~300 kB file size) as it unnecessarily slowed down things.
