311 is a common phone number reserved for reporting issues to city services in US and Canada.
Ideas:
- Show alerts/link to call 311 for certain types of items (e.g. needles, glass)
- Integrate flagging with automatic 311 reporting API
Caveats: Various APIs and international issues could make this difficult to maintain.
