Point 14 MeV neutron source in a thin spherical shell of SS316

• no deep penetration, therefore no variance reduction
• calculate a neutron flux spectrum in the shell with OpenMC
• use that spectrum for an ALARA activation
• calculate activation in the shell with OpenMC
