v1.1.0 - compiled releases & helpful credhub commands

This release adds two main features:

• compiled releases are created for new final releases, and in turn these are added into the main manifests
• new setup [boshrelease|golang|cfpush|docker/base] will show helpful credhub commands to get you started

v1.0.0 - let's start tagging releases

This project has been evolving over years, mostly doing a pretty good job allowing ppl to re-run setup on their existing pipelines to upgrade them.

With github releases we'll be able to communicate reasons to upgrade pipelines and any steps for upgrading.
