By removing kustomize generation files we can simply release, despite the bundles must be removed since based on kustomize despite never being used. Signed-off-by: Dario Tranchitella <[email protected]>

kustomizecan be dropped and its automation can be replace byyq.Removing unused manifests for OLM which is not supported and never properly implemented.
