This version comes with a significantly simplified build system using CMake! Apart from that,

• the Python interface works now with Python 3, as requested by several users,
• the folder structure has been significantly improved.

This is the first stable library release. At the same time, this is the submission version for the ACM Multimedia 2015 Open-Source Software Competition.
