v0.0-832-g2d120cb: Use the glog logging library instead of home-grown logging

with the same functionality.

Kythe, one of our dependencies, also uses the glog library, so
this change not only reduces code, but also avoids conflicts
with macros defined with the same name but conflicting
implementations.
