PR 106 [0] modified the default ordering of the Crawl model but neglected to add a migration for it. This commit does so. [0] #106

This PR adds a new
manage_crawlsmanagement command, and associated documentation in the README. This new command allows for viewing and deletion of crawls in the database.I also included a few documentation fixups that should have gone in with #105.
