How to Use SWELF

In the mean time here goes the typed version.

NOTES:

SWELF will need the files in the Knowledgebase in order to run. The files must be in the correct spot.

If they are not SWELF will make default configs for you to edit.

This app has no output to the screen (makes it faster) everything it thinks the operator need to know will be logged in eventlog and/or local log file.

On first run if nothing is setup right you will have to run the app 2 times so it can make its default config files. At this point since its early release id recommend following the examples as close as possible.

No wonky "what if I.." stuff. but if you do please feel free to provide feedback.
