As part of the LP to GH migration,
release.yamlhas been added to the GH workflow files. The charm recipe from LP will be removed after we can verify successful release from GH.In order to have a consistent set of files across projects, I've also replaced
pr.yamlwithcheck.yamlusing v2 from bootstack-actions.The bionic func tests have been removed similar to the existing PR #27
