Removes the publishing workflow since this is now part of the main repo (see breez/breez-sdk-greenlight#1033).

⚠️ Let's not merge this PR until we have used the new workflow in the main repo a couple of times. That way we still have the old workflow as backup here in case we stumble upon any hickups with the new workflow in the main repo. I'll keep the PR in draft for now.
