Brief description of workflow

required inputs:

	NOTE FOR HISTOGRAMS: the below histograms must include all reweighting, normalization, and all errors.
			     That is, "met_ff_1jet" must be exactly the QCD background, ready to be put into datacards
			     One exception being the (FF - EE) QCD systematic error; do not include this in FF or EE

			     Also be sure that the histograms are binned with bin-edges on {50, 60, 70, 80, 100}. Recommend
			     keeping the binning more fine (5 GeV) in case you wish to change the limit-setting bins later.

run.csh : execute makeTemplate.C to create datacards from inputHists

condor_submit/limit_V2 : calculate 95% CL upper limits on a datacard

condor_submit/bino_mN375_jet.jdl : submit all 289 bino-like squark-gluino points
	condor executes condor_submit/run.csh
	which effectively executes "./limit_V2 datacard.dat"

plotMacro/makeTable.sh : create a table of outputs from outputs/multiChannel/*.dat datacards

plotMacro/run_all_makeTable.sh : execute makeTable.sh to make output tables from output/multiChannel results

plotMacro/run_all_drawContour.sh : execute drawContour.C to make fully formatted plots, stored in plotMacro/plots
