Work Done

We have selected the "Web Annotation Data Model" W3C standard for our project.

Each team in our group discussed among themselves on how we can implement our selected standart in their area. Related issues are as follows:

• Backend
• Mobile
• Frontend

We divided the parts of our W3C standard documentation among teams and prepared our W3C document in this PR.

Division of responsibilities were as follows:

• Introduction, Benefits, Requirements: Backend Team (Rukiye, Cem, Oğuz)
• How it will be enforced in practice | Frontend: Frontend Team (Halil, Buğra, Deniz)
• How it will be enforced in practice | Mobile: Mobile Team (Erkam, Furkan)
