Since Moodle 2.7 is not requiring user to set country in profile and also in cases where system administrator did not set default country... Set some default country (UK) in case user's profile country is not set, And prevent "php exception" that stops welcome plugin from sending email to user. Maybe there is a more elegant way to fix it?

I guess the country should simply be skipped if not available. Thanks for reporting this! |
