Run "go build" in server/ and client/ to build. Built with Go 1.10.1.

Binaries included, built on j08.cs.rochester.edu; should run on similar machines.

Run server/run.sh to start the servers and client/run.sh to start the test client. Run server/unrun.sh to kill the servers.
