Beaker 1.5.4 cache key breaks for unicode string

Bug is resolved, but not release till 1.6:

Meanwhile, I am using school name for cache key and sometimes school name is unicode string, it breaks.

Need to either use the non-released version, or wait for it to release.

maybe unstable...but that library only has one trunk...so maybe good enough to use...better than having a bug there...worst case i just need to have a work-around myself
