Fixes to nextgen repl:
- a fix to next gen replication when using node_confirms;
- make the vnode count in replication fetch and push configurable.
Other fixes
- a fix to hot backup with leveled;
- some protection from overflowing reaper/eraser mailboxes;
- updated dependencies for riak_core and leveled.
