test(auth): turn off parallelizable and tsan in integration tests

Description

• Turns off parallelizable for Auth integration tests
  • parallel test runs seem to be messing with CI test runs and they're not providing any value.
• Turns of TSan for Auth integration tests

• Added new tests to cover change, if needed
• Build succeeds with all target using Swift Package Manager
• All unit tests pass
• All integration tests pass
• Security oriented best practices and standards are followed (e.g. using input sanitization, principle of least privilege, etc)
