Description

As part of Autoware Core implementation activity discussed in this thread, I will be porting autoware_motion_utils package from Autoware Universe to Autoware Core.

Purpose

Port autoware_motion_utils package from Autoware Universe to Autoware Core.

Possible approaches

Port dependent packages from Universe to Core.
