A - tools

We are using three collaborative tools in the process of project development and management:

1. GitHub Git in the context of the project repository itself.

Note that the Boards page is the most important tool for planning and managing this project

2. Github wiki in the context of creating document of persistent values in planning, design, implementation phase

3. Gitter chat-room to do "out of band" signaling needed to synchronize activities between 1 and 2 above.
