This adds a GitHub workflow named
Archivematica Playbook Testto test the the Archivematica Jammy playbook in this repository using Vagrant and VirtualBox which can be executed manually from theActionstab.The Node.js version has been bumped in the variable files because of nodejs/node#50876 which has been fixed in Node.js 21.x.
