This PR implements the download feature for the CLI.

There's a new -d or --download option, which takes an argument specifying:

  • the organization name
  • whether we want to analyze a sharedflow or an API proxy
  • the name of the proxy or sharedflow
  • and optionally, an access token to use with apigee.googleapis.com
