Wetland implementation in SWAT+ source codes

The source codes for SWAT+ from (https://bitbucket.org/blacklandgrasslandmodels/modular_swatplus) is adopted and wetlands implemented.

To install

Visual studio can be used to re-edit and compilation can be done using the intel fotran compiler on windows.
