Fix Arrow Visibility, Hover Color, and Alignment Issues in Navigation

What does this PR do?

This pull request will close issue #501.
Fixes #501

1. Centralized the alignment of slide changing arrows inside circular border.
2. Added border to slide changing arrow's outer circular and changed background color to black for differentiability (to prevent camouflage with social links menu) and better visibility.
3. Changed color on hovering the slide changing arrows.
4. Changed color of arrows in FAQ section for better visibility.

• This change requires a documentation update
