This project aims to implement the Power Grid board game in Java.

Feature roadmap (in no particular order):
* Create the core game engine (UI- and language- neutral)
* Create a text interface in English
* Create a GUI using Swing or similar Java-based GUI library
* Write a moderately capable AI
* Create a web interface
* Convert to a web application
* Allow translation into languages other than English
