This PR references issue #401 concerning the updating of both the Application and Contribution Periods for the GSSoC Extended Program

Describe Problem / Root Cause

The cause of the problem is that the GSSoC Team has once more updated the dates for the program therefore they need to be updated as well.

Solution proposed

• Explain your code changes and how it fixes the issue.

I have added the new dates to keep the application up-to-date.
