Problem / Issue No.

• BUG: Performance Issue in GirlScript Summer of Code #376
• Fixed by adding pagination
• Instead of loading all year at once, load the default year projects first then other as per need
• Added buttons for pagination at last
• Made search and filter compatible with pagination
• Removed code for organization as it was not used anywhere
