- Remove disused Jenkinsfile and Procfile.
- Configure Dependabot to:
- track GitHub Actions workflow dependencies
- batch updates into fewer PRs to reduce toil (until we can automate them fully)
- Update the top-level README to reflect the change of maintainer.
v4 supports supressing the `git checkout` progress logspew. Also tidy up the YAML syntax to make the workflow easier to read.
This saves time when people within GDS want to get in touch. Platform Eng recently took over maintenance of Router API (from Homepage and Navigation team).
Fix the instructions for running the tests so that they don't assume govuk-docker (which is a disproportionate effort to set up for casual contributors), plus some minor formatting and style fixes.
