Fix for wifi, audio lib compile and othershits :)
use liblights from stock and audio libs from libs dir. so removed samsung audio libs
1. Major fix ril thanks to root-expert and me. 2. Fix bt 3. Fix wifi 4. Add permissions thanks to sandpox
UART because it is in stock too and helps if phone hard bricks.
Although cm commited the fix in latest repo. But some logan2g builders are using old compressed source. So for them adding.
To stop cm rild
removed so that people dont get confused with frameworks_native patch.
Removing so that people don't grab it from stock rom. It was added to make entry at vendor list for devving purpose.
