Master xsdata fix gen

[rvalyi]

a geração para a NFe precisa ser feita com esse patch de uma linha no xsdata: #40
para funcionar legal com o Odoo. O tipo do campo IPI agora esta sendo testado para verificar que o patch foi aplicado.
