What issue does this pull request resolve?
An alternative to rolling back, this reverts and then swaps out uri-js for toad-uri-js which claims to be a simple fork with only maintenance changes (to be investigated further)
npm run bundleruns fine with this one - unlike fast-uri which uses a node dep
