container.Scroll, 3 old Themes reactivated, small bugfixes and chore

Reactivated 3 old Meta themes as well as Oxygen Icon theme.
Small bugfixes, e.g. #2 and finishing up chores from #1 by deleting all things related to old toolchain.

qooxdoo-extensions (qxex) initial package release

Finished migration to the new qx compiler based toolchain #1.
