Some updates to libraries to make things work with Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy)
These are mostly namespace changes (e.g. boost::bind, opencv no longer use global constants)
boost::regex has been moved to std
TBB has changed its interface quite a lot
There is some work to be done on managing these changes with CMake flags if we want to keep backwards compatibility
