What does this PR do?

This PR enhances the website's user interface by adding an attractive, gradient-styled scrollbar with a glowing effect, as well as applying a gaming-related font family site-wide. These updates improve the visual appeal and theme consistency, providing a more immersive and engaging experience for users.
