What does this PR do?

To provide information on how users can support the project financially.

Here are the key features:

1. Three Sponsorship Tiers:

   • Cadet Supporter ($5/month)
   • Commander Supporter ($15/month)
   • Admiral Supporter ($30/month)

2. Visual Design:

   • Space-themed dark color scheme
   • Responsive grid layout
   • Hover effects and animations
   • Sparkle effects for visual interest

3. Features for each tier:

   • Progressive benefits
   • Clear pricing
   • Animated cards on hover
   • Distinctive icons for benefits

4. Payment Processing:

   • Modal-based donation form
   • Basic form validation
   • Secure input fields for payment info
   • Success confirmation

5. Interactive Elements:

   • Animated buttons
   • Modal popup for donations
   • Form validation
   • Card number formatting
   • Background effects

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
