What does this PR do?
this PR fixes #86 added shield power-up:
I have added shield which will shield player for 4ms if caught and is created frequently.
fixes #88 added a pause button.
appears only when game has been started.
fixes #320 UI alignment and enemy count.
Changes made in UI to make it appear aesthetic.
