upgrade the core package for reorg

Proposed changes

This PR upgrade the core package by the following PRs from geth:

• core, light: get rid of the dual mutexes, hard to reason with ethereum/go-ethereum#18436
• core: write chain data in atomic way ethereum/go-ethereum#20287
• Single point of maintenance for writing and deleting tx lookup indexes ethereum/go-ethereum#21480
• core: improve shutdown synchronization in BlockChain ethereum/go-ethereum#22853
• eth: request id dispatcher and direct req/reply APIs ethereum/go-ethereum#23576
• core: remove unnecessary log copy ethereum/go-ethereum#27475

We will submit another PR to improve the function reorg after test.
