Complete code rework

As the title suggests, most of the code has totally been reworked. It should now run much smoother, and be less prone to breaking. YAY!

However as this is the first release, of essentially a semi brand new program, expect bugs. Hopefully not too many of them, however ill try my best to work them out and patch them in the coming few days.
