Remove ResourceBundle

This bundle was made to centralize the JS libraries used by Victoire and its widgets.
It was left behind because of inexistant version management and poor flexibility.

Update Alertify (and global vendors versions)

Be careful if you're using Alertify in your own project, appventus/alertify-bundle became troopers/alertify-bundle
