Reverse top speed being increased to 3 prompted changes in the default texture which make this no longer needed
Navigate to .minecraft > config > cofh > core > B:EnableColorBlindTextures= and set this value to true
They still don't work according to my testing but I don't know what's causing it. The language is created but the changes aren't applied.

Updated to 1.12, addressing #1 (1.10 would most likely just require changing pack_format to 2 in pack.mcmeta)
