de_de translation overhaul, step 3g: Misc entries and final pass

- translated all Miscellaneous entries and the Challenges introduction
- added translations for some new entries (Loki ring limit, obedience stick unbinding)
- changed translation of "rod" from "Stab" to "Rute" (including necessary grammatical changes from masculine to feminine articles and pronouns), as this distinguishes it from the Wand of the Forest translation and better matches the translation of "rod" in other contexts (e.g. "blaze rod" = "Lohenrute")
- fixed various typos
