fixes #177

This PR uses standard Content-Type response header values. This makes Content-Disposition: inline work as expected in Firefox.

This can be tested on https://dfalke-b.plasmodb.org.

I wish the more specific values worked. I can't find any mention of this, which is frustrating. I might try to dig a little deeper, in case I'm missing something.
