These are the troubleshooting steps to follow before reporting an issue.

Delete the account affected using /tne delete
Attempt to reset the database with the following steps
- Use /tne extract
- Verify extracted.yml contains all users and their balances.
- Backup DB
- Reset DB
- Use /tne restore, and wait until completion for users to log back in.
