Horizon IDE

Horizon IDE, also referred to as Horizon, is a feature-rich modding tool for multiple different games, including Starbound. It is geared towards productivity and ease of use for the modder, and aims to solve many headaches normally encountered during the development process, such as mod conflicts and overwriting.
